How long does a branding project take? +
Most branding projects take 2 to 3 weeks from the discovery call to final files. Timelines can vary depending on how quickly feedback is provided and the scope of the project.
How long does a website take? +
Most websites take 3 to 4 weeks from start to launch. A brand and website bundle takes 4 to 6 weeks. It depends on the size of the project and how quickly we move through feedback rounds.
Do you offer payment plans? +
Yes. Most projects are split into a deposit on commencement and the balance on completion. Larger projects can be split into three payments. We work out what suits you best in the initial chat.
Can I get branding and a website together? +
Absolutely and it is genuinely the best way to do it. When your brand and website are built together everything is consistent and you save on the overall investment with bundle pricing from $3,400.
What is the Business Consulting session? +
It is a 60 minute 1:1 Zoom session where we go through your business from A to Z. We cover your operations, processes and why leads are not converting. You will also receive a sales training module on objection handling, a DISC profiling document you can use to train yourself and your team at your own pace with the option to book Alana in for additional live training if needed, and a custom automation strategy you can implement yourself or hand to Alana to action. Includes 30 days of email support.
What is the Brand and Website Performance Review? +
It is a $90 audit (limited time, was $190) of your existing brand and website. I look at your enquiry process, your Google visibility, your brand trust signals and where leads are going cold. You receive a detailed written report with your top priority fixes within 2 business days. It is the most affordable way to get expert eyes on your business.
Do you work with clients outside of Gold Coast? +
Yes. I work with clients all across Australia. Everything is done online via video calls and email so location is never a barrier.
